Bilge Academic Publishing is committed to providing equitable and accessible scholarly publishing without financial barriers. No fees are charged to authors at any stage of the publication process.

Authors are not required to pay submission fees, editorial processing charges, article processing charges (APCs), publication fees, page charges, colour charges, or any other mandatory publishing fees. All costs associated with manuscript handling, peer review, production, DOI registration, online publication, and long term digital preservation are covered by the publisher.

Because Bilge Academic Publishing does not charge any publication fees, a waiver programme is not required. Editorial decisions are based solely on the originality, scientific quality, and scholarly merit of submitted manuscripts and are entirely independent of the authors’ financial circumstances.
