Submissions must be original. Publishing the same work more than once distorts the literature and is not permitted.
Manuscripts must not be under consideration by another journal at the same time. Authors confirm this at submission.
Republishing substantially overlapping work without disclosure and cross-referencing constitutes redundant publication.
Secondary publication (for example, translation) is acceptable only with transparency, editor consent and a clear citation to the primary work.
