Publication Ethics

Conflict of Interest

Bilge Academic Publishing is committed to maintaining transparency, objectivity, and trust in scholarly publishing. All participants in the publication process, including authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial board members, are required to disclose any financial, personal, professional, or institutional relationships that could reasonably be perceived to influence their judgment or the integrity of the publication process.

Author Disclosures

Authors must disclose all actual or potential conflicts of interest relevant to the submitted work. These may include, but are not limited to, financial support, research funding, employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, patents, personal relationships, academic competition, or institutional affiliations. If no competing interests exist, authors should explicitly state that they have no conflicts of interest to declare.

Reviewer and Editor Responsibilities

Reviewers and editors must disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect their ability to provide an objective and impartial assessment. Individuals with a conflict of interest must decline the invitation to review or handle the manuscript, and editorial responsibility will be assigned to another qualified reviewer or editor as appropriate.

Transparency and Disclosure

Declared conflicts of interest, funding information, and other relevant disclosures are published with the final article whenever applicable. Transparent disclosure enables readers to evaluate the research in its appropriate context and supports confidence in the integrity of the scholarly record.
